Old school black metal is what this album is all about. No frills or over-the-top production, just raw, primitive black metal. I got into this album more than I thought I would at first. I do like the simple aggressiveness of it. If over-produced, clean sounding music is your thing, avoid this. I do recommend this however, to fans of the old school, raw style of black metal.
